Comprehensive Accounting Services

At Integrated Properties we provide complete and accurate recording of every income and expense that affects your property. We go beyond basic income and expense tracking to offer full general ledger accounting, preparation of owner statements and more. Keeping track of all tenant’s payments as well as paying all your bills on time. You will receive easy to read itemized monthly statements detailing all activity on your property and at year-end, you are provided with a report consolidating all income and expenses for the year for your tax preparation. Our goal with budgeting and planning is to assist you (the owner) with a comprehensive plan to maintain and preserve the condition of your investment through budgeting for upkeep before they turn into costly repairs.

Accounts Payable

We will pay some or all your bills on your behalf on a monthly or yearly basis to give you peace of mind. We want you to focus on more important things in your life, and not have to worry about any aspect of your investments and rest assured they are taken care of.
